Milton Roemer was born in Paterson, NJ, March 24, 1916. He received his BA from Cornell University (1936), his MD from New York University (1940), and an MPH from the University of Michigan (1943). He interned at Barnert Memorial Hospital, in Paterson (1940-1941), was with the New Jersey Health Department from 1941 and 1942, and from 1943 to 1948 with the U. S.
